It gives you a great intro to the area and the views are amazing. I liked the nuggets of history that our guide added along the way. Eze is a steep walk up to the Exotic Garden, but really beautiful when you reach the top. Getting there early is helpful because less crowded. If shopping is your thing, this may not be the trip for you since the free time in each location is somewhat limited. (40 minutes or so). The guide was very helpful when we were trying to figure out parking near the pickup point. He went above and beyond.
