Professional perfection!

Jeudi (I only remember his pronunciation as Thursday) texted me immediately after I disembarked providing me immediate relief that already all was well. As I walked towards my baggage carousel, the handsome gentleman was standing in clear sight just before it with my name clearly displayed. He welcomed me kindly, drove to my hotel in a clean and professional vehicle. I’d request him again and highly recommend him to others!

Wanted to do fully relax upon arrival after a red eye flight and decided to book this. So glad I did! Driver was waiting, clear sign with our name, helped with luggage, and got us to our hotel seamlessly. It was wonderful to not stress about a ride to the hotel!

Our driver was wonderful! And the site operator even noticed I picked the wrong airport to hotel transfers and offered an easy fix for me. Driver was cheerfully waiting in the airport with a sign, even though we were one of the last to grab out luggage. She was an absolute delight!
