A great day in the Loire Valley

Beatrice was phenomenal. She communicated with us frequently before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. She also allowed for flexibility on our trip. She also followed up with us after our trip in case we had any more questions.

We visited two very nice castles with extensive gardens. We were able to explore both at our own pace. Chambord had multiple dining options and some wine testing.

We had a great time on this tour. Chambord and Cheverny are gorgeous and rich with history. Our guide, Beatrice, was really sweet and helpful! Definitely consider this tour to save some time traveling between two of the best castles in the Loire Valley region.

Destination Libre is THE best way to visit anywhere in the Loire.

If you need a driver, this is the absolutely best way to go. Beatrice is an excellent driver and a creative and delightful guide. She took us anywhere we wanted to go for two days - and suggested other sites on the way. And she knew wonderful restaurants! We didn't know it but she could have met us in Paris and driven us to Tours (where we were based). I can't recommend this company enough. They offer wonderful personalized travel in the Loire valley.

Very impressive Chateau, with beautifully decorated rooms that clearly reflect the history. In the center there is a very beautiful spiral staircase that takes you to the higher floors and there are sights on each floor in all directions with good explanations.
In addition, the beautiful gardens, good restaurant facilities, etc. And also the option to spend the night at P4 with our camper at a very low rate.
