Not focused on needs of customers

Too much time allocated for perfume shopping. Thought we were in a China tour that has compulsory shopping stops. Too little time at Cannes. Too little time given to go up Eze village and to come down. Overall, almost zero attention from driver/guide. Service is not up to the high price paid.

Hello, thank you for your comment, I remind you that Fragonard's visit is not mandatory, please let your driver know that you are not interested and we will give you more time instead in the village of EZE

We had a great group! The chateau is beautiful!
Monte-Carlo was spectacular. Eric good but hard to understand. The tour 9 hours turned into 11 hours.

Every time I stayed here . I was really happy because everyone was friendly and the service was excellent….. the people were super nice

Good way to see the many spectacular towns along the coast

Our guide, Nicholas was great. We were picked up at our hotel right on time. He kept things on schedule. We were in an 8 passenger van that had French, Spanish and English speaking passengers and he managed to provide all commentary in all languages. He covered a lot of interesting facts and history and answered all our questions. Most stops were fairly short, but we were able to cover a lot of ground a get a bit of the flavour of each place.
