Viator fooled us into thinking it was a guided tour

The louvre was amazing. A fabulous museum with loads of staff to assist you.
We were informed by Viator that we would be part of a tour but this was not the case.

Worst experience ever! 3 different events in Paris and Viator never sent the tickets or the tour guides! I demand a refund!

TOO MUCH WALKING!!! We walked forever to see an 11x14 portrait of the Mona Lisa. I’m not an Art person, so far I was disappointed. Now if you like art, this will be a great place to go. Also, you need to be in relatively good condition, otherwise you will not enjoy it.

The louvre museum was gorgeous
Our cruise tour on the river seine got canceled and they tried to replace it with a bus tour which isn’t even close to being the same, on top of it the bus tour closes at 6:30pm! The louvre was from 4:30-5:30 when the museum closes so we didn’t even have time to do the bus tour , poorly accommodated and giving us problems for partial refunds , I won’t trust this company again

Great experience. Museum tickets were timed, so entry was easy. Cruise was wonderful. It was a great experience. The cruise was spacious, and the staff was courteous.
