Amazing day of wine tours with Laure

Betsey R, Dec 2025

We had an incredible day with Laure. She picked up our party of 4 at 930am at our hotel in Sancerre. We spent morning seeing vineyards, learning about wine making and visiting an amazing vineyard, we had a lovely private lunch which Laure had arranged, and then visited 3 more vineyards in the afternoon. We tasted over 20 incredible wines. Laure has a passion for wine and helped us understand flavors, food pairings, etc. She also recommended a great wine suitcase to help us bring wine home. Overall the day was a 11 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful wine experience

An Amazing Full Day Wine Tour in Sancerre and Pouilly!

BarnesFamily_5, Oct 2025

We had the most wonderful day with Laure as our guide in Sancerre and Pouilly. Laure was incredibly informative and engaging - we learned so much about the region, the wines, and the winemaking process. The day was perfectly balanced with plenty of time to enjoy each stop at a leisurely pace.

Lunch was absolutely delicious - prebared by Babette and Nicole in a charming spot right on the Loire. The range of wines we tasted throughout the day was fantastic. We finished the day with a delightful goat cheese tasting which was the perfect way to end such an enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend booking a wine tour with Laure - it is a must for anyone visiting Sancerre.

Knowledgeable and friendly, great way to learn about the region.

Our guide, Laure, is extremely knowledgeable about the Sancerre area, and she helped introduce us to a more in-depth understanding of the terroir and winemaking in the region. She helped introduce us to a winemaker we had specifically asked to visit, and we had a great day overall. Highly recommended.

A fabulous day in Sancerre

This was such an incredible experience. Our guide, Laura, was so knowledgeable and really put so much into making sure we all had a wonderful time. We went to several wineries in Sancerre, tasted local goat cheeses in the vineyards, and she took us to the most darling lunch spot that was off the beaten path. If you want to experience the wine culture in Sancerre, this is the excursion you need to book!
