Not worth the money

I wasn’t able to do the self guided tour because not enough people signed up so they upsold me to the guided tour for an additional 80 euros which definitely wasn’t worth it as I could’ve just listened to the headset and gotten a better experience

However you paid an extra 40 euros per person not 80 and you agreed upfront.
On the top of that, you wouldn't have received any answers with the headset.
We offer this tour all year long and never had any complain.

The tour operator combined two groups with different expectations on the length of the tour. That being said, the guide did a superb job of accommodating everyone’s needs. I would give the guide 10 stars for being able to think on her feet.
The van was well maintained and driving safe.

I was uncertain I'd be able to do all the stairs but Adrien made lots of stops which was great. he was very knowledgeable and a great guide, this was a wonderful experience for us!

This was excellent!!! A beautiful place and truly so wonderful!! Our driver Jeremie was amazing! He was very accommodating and the place was incredible to see.
