Understanding Chablis wine with your feet in the vineyards

Remarkable activity that allows you to learn in depth the art of viticulture and the terroir of the chablisieon. Pitches, geology, exhibition, vine pruning, winter work, harvest work, aromas and terroir according to the plots. The Guide is Pro and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and explaining. Great idea: we taste the wines of the plots we visit on site! It’s incomparable to see the terrain, to be in the very vineyard of what you taste. A very nice experience, to recommend highly to anyone who wants to understand the Chablisian terroir, Burgundy winemaking so particular and so linked to the questions of terroirs and plots.

Very nice experience to visit the plots of the different appellations of the estate with tasting with the key! Thanks to Frédérique who guided us perfectly. Recommend without hesitation!
