From the moment Emilie picked us up from our hotel, with Leika her dog, I knew we were in for a fun trip. Emilie bristled with energy & enthusiasm as the five of us (plus dog) set off, although Emilie’s English is great we conversed on the journey in a mixture of French & English, and as we talked potential plans changed to suit us. We had a fabulous drive up into the mountains to our first winery, the scenery explained and more details transferred. At the winery we tasted a wide range of lovely wines and were informed which of the techniques we had previously seen were involved in the production. Unlike most wine tours we felt compelled to buy some of the delicious wines as we knew so much more about them. From here we left to another vineyard, in an amazing setting, run as an organic winery by a lady who took over from her father. Again we tasted lovely wines, again we bought some wine, but this time post tasting we headed out into the vineyards for a picnic, not a soul in sight apart from the 5 of us, complete quietude, some (more) lovely wine and a beautiful & tasty selection of foods.

If anyone is looking for a fun, informative & interesting wine tour we would all thoroughly recommend “Ce qui nous lie” and Emelie. If we ever return to Corsica (yes please!), we will definitely look Emilie up again.

My wife and I had a wonderful half day wine tasting tour in Patrimonio, Corsica. Emilie was our tour guide and she did an excellent job. We tasted several beautiful wines at a local family run winery and then had a delightful picnic lunch in their vineyard. It was an amazing experience in Corsica. Thank you Emilie!

A real experience not to be missed! Extra Welcoming in joy and good humor, advice at the top, a sense of sharing and especially the little care for the surprise birthday of our friend. We can only advise and will definitely come back;)
