Stop atChateau et Remparts de la Cite de Carcassonne
The tour begins at the entrance of the city and then leads us between the walls in the "lices". Then we contemplate the castle and enter the basilica enjoy the magnificent stained glass windows.

Stop atCarcassonne Center
The visit takes you through the cobbled streets of the medieval city and its picturesque houses. The walls can be admired from the Lices just like the old Saint Nazaire cathedral.

Fun History and Legends about the City

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He focused on the history of Carcassonne and added in some interesting legends. If you like history and medieval stuff, this is the tour for you.

Fantastic tour with Francois. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. And we learnt so much about beautiful Carcassone. He was patient when we were taking so many photos of the fabulous architecture and views! Pere t length of tour and just the right level of detail and humour! Thoroughly recommend!
