Definitely worth it.

I loved being able to go at our own pace and pop into stores or museums if we feel like it. With live guided tours you can’t do that. We also loved the prizes and the interesting facts and details. The voice was very clear, easy to understand and I liked being able to read it as well. The owner communicated with me via WhatsApp and gave me great suggestions for parking. We loved it so much we used the same app for Strasbourg the next day.

Responses from HoplaGuide

Thank your very much Clinton! Glad that you enjoyed the flexibility that it gives!

Interesting tour. All the family found it interesting and fun. It helped us to explore the town and learn new facts about Colmar. The bag was filled with the local produce and souvenirs.

Excellent app

philbA1812BN, Dec 2024

You can tell that this app has been created by people who know Colmar and Strasbourg, and who have put a lot of effort into its design.

We had great fun wandering around the city, solving the puzzles and discovering the buildings are areas. The tour includes the main Christmas markets, so we were able to both enjoy the tour and take breaks at the markets. Highly recommended.

Nice tour on my own rhythm

ileanabratu19, Dec 2024

Really nice tour made on my own rhythm. I did not successfully complete it because I also wanted to get lost on the beautiful streets. Congratulations for the idea. I read in one comment that the tour is overpriced. I really appreciate someone prepared the small gifts, carefully packed them, and also the mobile app which was created on purpose for this tour. The idea and the effort should be rewarded for sure.

Responses from HoplaGuide

Thank you so much Ileana for the recognition of the work put in the tour! We do put a lot of care and love in the preparation of the gifts and their packing!
