Really interesting few hours and learning about the Champagne process. We tasted some of our favorite champagnes here. Ellen was super engaging and fun and sweet and super well informed on the whole process!!! Would recommend this tour!

Visiting Champagne Lamiable was the perfect opportunity to learn more about - and enjoy - all things champagne. Hélène, our excellent guide, was engaging and erudite. She answered our many (and sometimes obscure) questions with historical, scientific and cultural references that brought life to the set-pieces of our tour. She introduced us to Mme. Ophélie, co-owner of the estate, who - in our brief discussion - crystallized the the huge effort involved in producing the wine and the craft required to do it well.

Naturally we bought some of their fabulous produce.

Aside from the visit itself we also wondered around the beautiful village of Tours-Sur-Marne and the surrounding countryside which perfectly framed our trip. When we returned to Reims and our hotel I felt that it was not only a great day out but that we’d somehow accomplished something.

Totally recommended.
