Not worth it
Danielle_S, Dec 2024
The lunch stop and the waterfalls were amazing. The fragrance factory felt a bit like a tourist trap, but I will say the women in our tour loved it and bought a bunch. The wine tasting was cute and I liked the family feel but our group didn’t love the wine. Overall we didn’t feel like the tour was worth the cost. Additionally our guide Victor was not great, felt like he didn’t know where he was going and his driving made us all motion sick. He was nice, but I think if we could have toured it all on our own tbh.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lunch stop and the waterfalls. We're also glad that the fragrance factory and wine tasting had some appeal.
However, we're sorry to learn that the overall experience didn't meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the guide and the perceived value of the tour. Your comments about Victor and the driving are concerning, and we will address these issues to ensure better experiences in the future.

Our driver and guide Ben went out of his way to make our tour fantastic. We saw Grasse, perfume factory, lavender fields, waterfalls, beautiful views for family pictures, Gormand and a tour/wine tasting at a vineyard. It was a great day - highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable drive around the countryside. Just wish the guide spoke more to the group to enhance our understanding of the region. If he did so, he would definitely need a mic to help project to the back of the van.
Lovely tour

Irene was our tour guide and she was amazing. So knowledgeable and personable. We learned so much about the region from her. The places we visited were all stunning, especially the small village of Gourdon. The perfumery was a hit with my adult daughters and my husband even said he learned so much. The wine tasting is quick but beatiful winery and 3 great wines we tasted. Please do be aware that the road up the mountain in the morning is VERY windy and narrow. People with motion/car sickness will have a rough time as did a child in our group. It's a tough tour for small children in general. Highly Recommend for adults!
