The new owners and staff members are all very nice and welcoming. The rooms are a bit old but apparently they’re planning to renovate them. I personally recommend this hotel if you want to visit the village where the first bottle of champagne was made!

Best hotel/restaurant between Frankfurt and Paris!
Price-performance tip top.
Super nice staff - family run.
Food/buffet first class.
Red tuna and prawns .. homemade Rilette.
The chef and the waitress were also a hit.
Almost all dishes 15 euros.
I recommend the appetizer buffet!
Even with a full house...always nice and personal. “We love people” is the motto.
Bicycle safe in the yard: what more could you want?

The restaurant is inside the hotel, the dish of the day is quite good but the menus are for those who are used to eating exotic vegetables, I highlight the very good attention of everyone. The prices are affordable.

The cheese and dessert buffet remains very reasonable for the price.
