My wife and I ate there for lunch, the food was delicious! I had a Burger and my wife had Eggs Benedict with Salmon. Service was very quick but the atmosphere was relaxed so no push to get us out the door when finished. No hesitation in leaving a 5 star review.

I had a very tasteful three course meal at this charming restaurant. The starter was smoked salmon with avocado (very tasty), the main breast of duck with a green pepper sauce. Kudos for those green peppercorns which performed a cancan on my tastebuds. Dessert was a perfect cheesecake with red fruits. Real quality at a decent price. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our dinner outside at the Drugstore. Although the patio at first glance appears to be for their pizzeria, they said we were welcome to sit there and order from the brasserie. The Mac and cheese was terrific as were the desserts. The entrecôte can only be given a passing grade. However, the service was great. One young man apparently taking care of all the tables inside (which is upstairs) and outside. He hustled and also dealt with a very drunk individual who was interfering with another table’s dinner. He effectively handled that matter with tact.

Ordered Eggs Benedict. They arrived straight from the fridge. Both eggs and Hollandaise Sauce were made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Between the River Seine and the cathedral, this restaurant has a black and red interior with a geometrical design. The son of a market gardener with a passion for vegetables, the chef infuses his cuisine with contemporary flavours and aromas. He gives free rein to his imagination and creativity in his carte blanche menu: scallops, fennel and blackcurrants; Black Angus beef, mushrooms, celery and vin jaune.

L'epicurius
In a charming pedestrian street in the old part of Rouen, this trendy bistro serves fine and tasty cuisine, such as bluefin tuna with pea mousseline, cockles and haddock emulsion, or red berry vacherin with a herb sorbet… Carefully selected ingredients, to be enjoyed in a contemporary interior. Charming welcome.

L'Odas
Ideally located in the heart of the historic city, two minutes from the cathedral, this restaurant is the brainchild of Olivier Da Silva. He regales diners with a seasonal, often bold score to which he adds the occasional citrus note for extra zest and vivacity. Plants, veg and fish are showcased in a mystery menu. Take a seat in the dining room where you can admire the team at work in the open-plan kitchen or on the pleasantly secluded patio.

Paul-Arthur
This former Top Chef contestant, who hails from the South of France, has set up shop in this half-timbered house on Place de la Pucelle. In this contemporary bistro, which still boasts its period beams, the chef cooks up a pressé of veal shank and foie gras with pistachio pistou; hake confit in semi-salted butter, sweet potato and smoked hollandaise; banoffee pie, dulce de leche and caramelised pecans. The style is the right degree of modern, the ingredients are seasonal, and the dinner menu is more ambitious than that at lunchtime.
