Good place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a friend we were looking for a late lunch (weekend) place and found this restaurant among others but ended up here because it looked better and was packed even after 14.00. Tasty food, helpful staff and reasonable price. We went there for a breakfast next day!

This restaurant has a pretty decoration with toy details. It’s small but has a warm atmosphere. Waiter was helpful and kind. Food was quite basic. The beef was very hard to chew that surprises in French cuisine. Good that they have a kids menu, too.

Lousy service. After dinner they left the dirty plates on the table for more than 20 minutes, with not many clients around at all. My daughter of 14; went in and asked in her best French for the menu to pick a dessert. The lady was cleaning glasses, standing next to a box with all the menu’s but told my daughter to go back to her table, sit and wait.
And so we did. With our dirty plates..
5 minutes later I went in myself to ask for the menu, but I got the same answer. She was standing NEXT to the box with all the menu’s, I could have taken it with me myself.
Another 5 minutes later ( only two couples sitting with us outside and already heaving their dinner) we remembered that we had the QR code for English menu, so we took a look at the desserts and made our choices. No one came.
My husband went in and said that by now, we knew what we wanted.
She said: for orders you have to wait outside…. OMG. She was still polishing glasses.
So you can not give a menu and you can not make an order, can you please give us the bill than??? My husband said. She was surprised… WOW

A lovely little restaurant down a very pretty walkway in Rouen. Very typical bistro type food and cooked very beautifully. The place has a playful theme, as the name suggests, with menus taking you back to the 80's and 90's.

In this contemporary bistro, which still boasts its period beams, the chef cooks up a pressé of veal shank and foie gras with pistachio pistou; hake confit in semi-salted butter, sweet potato and smoked hollandaise; banoffee pie, dulce de leche and caramelised pecans. The style is the right degree of modern, the ingredients are seasonal, and the dinner menu is more ambitious than that at lunchtime.
