I visited with my family for dinner while on holiday from London. We couldn’t fault anything. Service was efficient and friendly, restaurant was lovely and food was amazing! We had the seafood platter which was fresh and delicious, Caesar salad with squid and the squid with grilled veg and a pumpkin purée. Definitely worth a visit when in Brittany.

We ate here three meals in a row because the food was so good. Set in a beautiful little square with great ambience. We ate with two small kids and the restaurant was very accommodating, also putting all the tables with kids in the same area which I thought helpful for those who could eat in more peace!

We visited Le Pic a Bulot, one of three restaurants, located in the St-Enogat area, twice during our stay in Dinard. It’s a short (ten minute-ish) walk from the town centre and well worth it, with some impressive mansions to marvel at en-route.

It’s a bustling restaurant, so worth booking in advance, which you can do via Google. Even when we didn’t, the team managed to fit us in – which was hugely appreciated!

It is one of a number of seafood restaurants in Dinard, but the only one to also have an on-site fishmongers. As you can imagine, the produce is as fresh as it comes, delicious and reasonably priced, which also makes it worth the trip out of the town centre…

Alongside the traditional fruits de mer platters and moules, the menu also offers dishes inspired by global dishes using local ingredients. I enjoyed an excellent octopus ceviche and a fabulous tuna tartare. For less adventurous souls, notably our shellfish averse 10 year old, they also do a very good fish and chips.

Hats off to the chefs Bretzec and Ratane for creating some of the best food we ate in Dinard, which is saying something given the town is a something of a gastronome’s paradise! Thanks also to the kind and helpful staff – and friendly clientele - who smiled through our dreadful Franglais. Merci a tous!

Went here with a group of 5 on a Tuesday. We had an overall good experience. Some things I must point out was that in the 2 dishes of moules frites we ordered, many of the moules were unopened and therefore inedible. I don't know if this was a coincidence or otherwise. When the main dishes were served, two were brought down and there was a considerable gap (about five minutes) until the other three were served. Also, our server seemed to forget many things we asked, not from the main order but smaller things such as an extra spoon or more water. The food was good and no overly long waits.
