Bad experience

When I arrived at the airport, I tried to check in as indicated to find my driver. However it said that my booking was not found. Then I called their tour operator for 7 times and have been waiting at the airport for an hour, but no one has ever answered my call.
This is the worst customer experience ever.
Will never book again. I’m waiting for full refund.

hello - your booking was made outside of our operating hours and as our physical offices are actually closed due to Covid unfortunately we never received your information . This was explained to you already and you have been told that you will be refunded directly by Viator .

The price was good. No problem with the driver except that, having treated me with indifference whilst waiting for other passengers at the airport and for most of the journey (which was perfectly fine with me), he seemed surprised at no tip.

Rough driving
Good point : the driver arrived on time at the airport.

A fine way to begin our holiday . Driver was waiting for us and you could see his smile under the facemask . Very professional and a lovely minivan . Easy to get lost at the airport if you are not careful .
