Pick up was great, on time with easy to read sign with our name on it. Great driver. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and courteous.

A NIGHTMARE! When we 4 senior citizens reached the hotel, we were shocked - NO room bookings were made as EUROLINKWORLDWIDE had not made the payment in spite of we paying them more than a month earlier (2 Aug). On contacting EUROLINKWORLDWIDE's Mr. Nestor, he kept insisting the payment was made which turned out to be a lie. Worse still EUROLINKWORLDWIDE had failed to let us know that dinner closes at 8:30 pm. We had reached the hotel tired at 9:00 pm and had to wait over an hour for a room and dinner after that OUTSIDE the hotel. The Sales pitch "3 days in Lourdes a Journey of Faith and Renewal" was just a 4-hour tour on foot to the shrine 2 minutes away from the hotel and the near by area. The ad clearly states "full day private guided tour of Lourdes". EUROLINKWORLDWIDE had charged us approx. Euro 2150 while the actual hotel bill including 2 dinner, 2 breakfast and rooms for 2 nights was Euro 640 (bill given to us by hotel if we wanted the rooms). The guide, Sophia (an exceptional guide) was paid Euro 200 she assured us. The other expense would include airport pick-up, drop and nominal overheads which wouldn't cost the moon!! When I brought up the inflated price issue with Nestor he referenced Viator's share... I let him know that we have always used Viator for our overseas bookings and never faced such inflated price issues... I truly hope Viator looks into this issue seriously and ensures EUROLINKWORLDWIDE reimburses us the fares unethically applied.

In my opinion this tour is highly recommended.
Everything was prepared and sent to me before the trip commenced, so there were no issues.
The communication was good and responses were regularly and quite fast. Thanks Nestor/Andrea for taking care of all my inquiries. Also, we were matched with the nicest tour guide lady I ever met (Sandrine).
