Never use this company

Our guide never showed up. We tried calling the phone number given us and the call would not go through. We then went to the website for a customer service phone number to call, and I never could find one. I ended up doing an automated chat. When I told them our guide never showed up the response was they would put in a refund request. I have not heard another thing from this company, except automated emails, asking us how our experience was.

Nous avons fait la basilique, très jolie il ne faut pas oublier de se rendre dans La Chapelle attenante à la basilique et descendre, il y’a des saintes Marie de beaucoup de pays.
Nous n’avons pas fait les ruines, nous sommes arrivées 5 minutes trop tard. Dommage cela avait l’air top.

Un peu de culture ne fait jamais de mal quand on se balade en France , si vous visiter la basilique faites un petit tour derrière histoire d’apprécier la lyonnaise!!

We opted instead for the self-tour. Took the funicular to the top of the hill, above Vieux Lyon, and spend the afternoon walking through the basilica and the nearby Roman ruins. Well worth the effort to see these well-served locations. Must see in Lyon!
