Please show your ticket to the security staff at the dedicated Priority Access line at the Access Door C entrance. You will then go through a security check, after you can directly access the museum with your ticket.

D’Orsay is lovely and shouldn’t be missed!

Beautiful museum in a former train station. The top floor has the most paintings and that part was super crowded. Easy to see in less than 3 hours.

Excellent museum to visit. Entrance was easy with the tickets. Entry point well marked. Impressionist paintings were great. Audio is slightly out of date with Van Gogh being located on the top floor.
No headphones, No fun

We were not able to get the headphones at the Orsay as we signed up for and paid for. Since the tickets are through your app and not through Orsay , they declined the headphones , so we had to go without.

The Worst of My Three Visits to the Orsay

We were admitted into the museum on our timed entry ticket with no problem, but since we were “upgraded” to an untimed entry ticket to see the Impressionist show, we were denied entry for an hour. Everyone else just entered with their timed entry with no problem. We had to spend an additional hour waiting in another line. Our “upgrade” was really a downgrade. Also, we did not initially receive our voucher for the Impressionist show and had to contact the vendor to have them send them, which was stressful and wasted even more time. I’d advise future customers to be wary of this vendor.

Dear guest we are very sorry that we could not satisfy you this time, this is unusual for us because the flexible entry ticket has very short queues, over 50 guests went along with you on the same day and we did not receive any concern from anyone, we wish you had read the instructions and stood in the correct line for a faster access. We are glad could access the museum with these tickets.

Tickets do not apply for Sunday dates. We showed up to the museum with our vouchers, and they did not allow us in. Applying for refund now.
