Fantastical guided tour Palace of Versailles
730joannec, Dec 2024
Our tour guide Mauro was captivating and obviously enjoyed guiding us through the Palace. The tour was 90 minutes and a good length to take it all in. We then bought lunch and picnicked in the beautiful gardens where music played and we could watch some of the fountains ⛲️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Beautiful Palace!

Flagina was an amazing guide with extensive knowledge of Versailles! However, the tour office should have told us that the garden fountains do not work in the summer during the week to conserve water.
Fantastic!

Ornate architecture and worth every penny

My group joined a tour and spent a lot of money to see France. This palace is worth more than the ticket money and time taken to visit. Its breathtaking gardens, stunning architecture, and fascinating historical significance, the Palace of Versailles is a must-see destination for anyone visiting France. The Hall of Mirrors, the King's Grand Apartments, and the Museum of the History of France are among the palace's most notable attractions. Be ready to have an entire day cut out to travel and enjoy.
Day at the palace!

One of my favorite tours in Paris. Went with my son, easy to take the metro from Paris and then a quick walk to the palace. We went on a Saturday and it was crowded but having access to the gardens and fountains are what made the visit. Fountains are not always on, but try to work them in, they are stunning. We also rode bikes and did a short boat ride on the grounds. Made for a great day at the palace.
