- There is a mandatory security line for all the visitors due to security issue.
- During peak season, it is possible that you will experience delays while waiting in line for security checks and elevators. The cumulative wait time to reach the second floor may extend to as much as 25 minutes.
- The top is not accessible for people with reduced mobility for security reasons, but all visitors with disabilities who have full mobility can access the top. Please note that you may have to wait for the lift to take you from the second floor to the top.
- Sometimes, the Eiffel Tower is closed or partially closed with very short notice due to bad weather or technical issue of the lift.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your chosen time so you don't lose your time slot.
- Your voucher does not serve as your ticket and must be exchanged at the designated meeting point prior to the activity. It is not possible to collect your Eiffel Tower ticket in advance.
- The Eiffel Tower does not provide a left-luggage service for items including wheeled suitcases, large bags, non-collapsible strollers, and similar belongings.
- Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to collect your ticket. You have to arrive at the designated meeting point: 19 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris

Absolutely excellent ! We go there around 10am - no crowds - easily got to the top level and then worked our way down. Unable to describe how wonderful it was. Highly recommend this tour

Riding the elevator to the summit was epic, it was cool that you could take the stairs down. We enjoyed the gift shop and different parts of the Eiffel tower

All the confusion to get tickets in information center, that did not kwon that was very stressful.
In addition i could not acess summit…
It was close and I assume you are going to refund me!

Being jerked around. First tour booked was cancelled. Second was way overpriced! Original time accepted, then cancelled, then on again.
