Bus did not arrive at pick u up spot

The bus did not arrive. There were several people waiting at the given spot. Probably due to Olympics the pick up spot was not accessible but TripAdvisor showed the old location where we went and wasted time and money

Well organized the check in at the bus. The sightseeing passed at the most important places in Paris. I recomend.

Worthless service

I bough ticket for me and my daughter for the ride at 21:15. We were there at 20:45. It was several busses there so I asked a person who worked at Big Bus where I should go, he told me I should jump on the one where it was already a long line, I informed him that my ride started at 21:15 but he told me it was the correct one.
The ticket says panorama view, taking pictures from the roof top, view Paris from a magical perspective etc.
It ended with that everyone (!!) except me and my daughter could sit at the rooftop. The driver was just saying "eh.. I don't know what your ticket regards". He couldn't even tell if I was on the right bus. The 1st floor is worthless for kids(due there is like big black frames in the middle and no panoramic view what so ever.
Summary? Worthless service and I could take the ordinary bus for the same experience.

Most of the attractions were closed. Wish they had cancelled this trip. The family was sleeping for most of the time.
