My experience was not a positive one. Only reason I gave a 2 rating instead of 1 is because the driver showed up.

The car was a disgrace - not a lux sedan as advertised but a very small and banged up Toyota. Very disappointing! The driver drove way too fast and reckless.

The flight was delayed by few hours. Accordingly we sent the driver but the flight got still more delayed. We picked you up despite 6 hours of delay with a second vehicle hence we paid twice to avoid inconvenience for you BUT Surprisingly instead of appreciating the services you chose to write such stuff. You were carrying wheel chair and too much stuff for two people which is not our fault. Moreover it's an excellent driver with many people asking specially to send him again. Anyways the client can decide what he or she wants to say. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

Excellent experience. Our flight was delayed by several hours and we had no problem communicating with the company or the driver to let them know. We were easily accommodated and had a smooth ride into the city with no other issues.

With a road accident on the way, your vehicle was deviated and we found a quick solution so that you did not have to wait at all. It costed us twice but the focus was on ensuring a seamless solution. Hope to see you again in Paris
Excellent Private Transfer Service

We had driver service from CDG to downtown Paris. Even tho our flight was over two hours late in arriving, our driver was right on time and met us as we departed the baggage/customs area. The driver was friendly, helpful and drove us safely and efficiently to our hotel. We highly recommend!
