I had a great time taking this pastry class and learned how to make cream puffs. Justine is very precise and thinks of everything! She had tea and cookies already prepared for me to enjoy while taking the class, and she also had the recipe printed out for me. She went over every step with me and watched to make sure I was doing things correctly. She also took photos and some videos of me preparing the cream puffs. She also has a nice, big kitchen and a beautiful garden space to enjoy your treats once they are baked. I highly recommend this experience and would go again to learn something different if I had the opportunity!

Absolutely amazing experience. The experience was catered towards small groups so it was just us two there, and we had a blast. It was a lot of fun but also very informative as to the nuance of French baking, and the treats at the end were the best creme puffs I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Marseille.

Justine welcomed us into her home like family. Even my wife, who hasn't been in a kitchen in 20 years of marriage, followed directions and did a great job. A completely fun experience for the baker in your house (me) and those who don't bake at all (my 3 guests).

Mom and adult daughter experienced a one of a kind private pastry class. Justine explained what we would be doing before each step. Then, she was there to assist us with each step of the way if needed. She gave us the recipe to take with us and provided recommendations. My daughter has much more experience baking than I do, and we both had an amazing experience. The end result was a wonderful experience and the best tasting macarons we’ve ever had!
