We didn't enjoy it that much

We did the tour with our infant. The guide didn't wait for us to join, as a result we missed most of the information.
This tour has many stairs to go up and down if you come with a stroller.

Hello Elli! First off thank you again for selecting my tour and it was really lovely meeting you and your family. I find your review a bit baffling and I am sorry that you did not enjoy it. First off, you were 25 minutes late and it is unreasonable that I hold a group of 15 persons who all arrived on time. Regardless, I communicated to you by telephone and shared my live location on WhatsApp so you can find me (and you did). Regarding the stairs, there are some as this is an urban area and Marseille is not flat. You are not the first person to do this tour with a stroller (I’ve even had people in wheelchairs). Most people either have the child walk if they can or just lift or descend the stroller. And this is what you did with no problem. Actually, you never once even complained about this. This is not a private tour, there is a certain rhythm to a tour. I don’t think I was walking fast as everyone was walking with me at my speed. I think the fact you were late almost by half an hour from the beginning always put you in 'catch up mode' and the entire group stood waiting several times while I spoke to you on the phone so you can find me. Anyhow, I hope you enjoyed your time in France. Best, Sarit.

Sarit was friendly and very knowledgeable about Marseille and all the sites we visited. She gave us insight about the history involved and instructions for taking the bus the next day up the hill to the Notre-Dame Basilica. Highly recommended.

This was really worth doing. Our guide, Sarit, was relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable. If you were short of time in Marseille this would be a great way to visit the port area and Le Panier District. We were there for a week and the tour gave us some idea of where we would like to go back to, to spend some more time exploring. We were in a small group of 6, which was fantastic and gave the opportunity to ask questions and to chat to Sarit. Recommended!
