A memorable day

We had a wonderful day visiting Aix en Provence and Cassis with Remy. He is personable, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about the history of the area, and was happy to answer all of our questions. He took us for a wine tasting at a beautiful winery, and he suggested an excellent place for lunch in Cassis. We are very glad we had the opportunity to do this tour.

Great tour guide,
Had a Thuringia and fun detailed tour loaded with sights and great wine. Was the best part of my trip to the south of France.

Experience was totally prepaid and we had a confirmation number. When we got off our ship, the driver was not on the dock. When we called him, he stated that he had been trying to "confrim" with us on a number I had never heard. I said why do we have to confirm something that is prepaid? He then stated he would come but only if I paid him again then he would "refund" the original payment. I said this is a scam and hung up. And now Viator is refusing a refund because he did not show up. Total scam.

Dear Mr Greg, We’re sorry to read your disappointment regarding this tour.
This has been done through a private plateform called trip advisor.
Your version isn’t true and if it was, you would have been refunded by trip advisor and avoided wasting your money and peoples time.
I advise you to organize better next time and provide right informations to professionals you ask services, answer on time like everybody does so you don’t end up being the only client to face this situation.

Driver did not show up to pick us up and left us stranded at the pier. Tour was completely prepaid. Worst experience ever.
