Bad experience

Charged for drinking ware. Waiter demanded tip. We asked to sit in front of boat and they sat us in back while there were empty tables in front of boat. We would not recommend this dinner cruise to anyone. Thanks Robert B
Eiffel tower lit up with sparking light - a sight to behold

The food was fairly average - the best part about this cruise was the fact that you see the Eiffel tower lit up at night and then the whole Eiffel tower was suddenly lit up in sparkling lights - a sight to behold. The annoying part about this was the fact that we were a table for 6 at the front of the boat and couples were all along the edge so we were not able to get good photos, added to this was the fact that the waiters had no concept about the fact that we were trying to take photos and stood infront of the windows

They told us to be there 20 min before departure we got there 20 min before departure and because of the Olympics many access areas were closed. I sent them a message through what’s app after digging through Viator to find there number and they finally sent me a response back to go down to the marina through the bridge itself. They sent me a picture of a guide dressed in blue and blue booth and neither one was there. So I was texting them and running frantically along the pier and they were sarcastic saying I am looking for a boat not a person. They gave me a boat name called Paris city vision when that is the tour name on the side and the boat had a different name. By the time we figured it out the boat has left. When we contacted them to at least reschedule because it was their fault to be misleading they refused to reschedule or rebate. Viator was no help in the issue either stating the supplier have to honor it. I had amazing time with my family with great review on other tours through Viator in Paris. This one was a bad one and won’t recommend
