JPS ADVENTURES PERPETRATES A FRAUD!!!

Dear JPS ADVENTURES
,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from JPS Adventure. I made a reservation with your company for JULY 4, 2024, (PER PERSON AS THAT HOW it was sold to me, )for which I paid in full. Due to inclement weather, I was given the option to cancel the reservation with a promise of a full refund, which I accepted.
However, despite the assurance of a full refund, I have yet to receive my money back. It has been [THREE WEEKS ANS SIX DAYS] since the cancellation, and multiple attempts to resolve this issue with your customer service team have been unsuccessful.
This behavior is highly unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in the hospitality industry, where customer trust and satisfaction are paramount. Taking payment, canceling a reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, and then failing to refund the money as promised is not only unethical but also damages the credibility and reputation of your business.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that I receive the full refund that I am entitled to.
I also recommend that potential customers exercise caution and thoroughly consider their options before choosing to do business with JPS Adventure.

Bonjour Monsieur ça n’est pas très correct de raconter votre expérience comme vous l’entendez vous oublié de dire dans votre commentaire qu’un bateau entier donc 12 personnes ont bien été remboursées comme prévu. En cas de privatisation nous remboursons au Bateau et non à la place. C’est pour cela qu’il y a eu d’ailleurs un paiement global par bateau et ça n’a pas été réglé par personne. Tout était clairement dit je vous ai envoyé un mail la veille de la balade en vous expliquant que si vous souhaitiez annuler car la mer était prévue houleuse il n’y avait aucun soucis mais comme précisé dans mon mail en cas d’annulation il fallait annuler par bateau et pas par personne car vous aviez quatre bateaux de privatisé et le matin il y en a un qui n’est pas parti. C’est pour cela que nous avons procédé au remboursement d’un bateau complet ce qui correspond à 12 places et le remboursement a bien eu lieu. Donc de ce fait je ne peux pas vous laissez traiter ma compagnie de frauduleuse alors que le remboursement a bien été effectué et vous avez oublié de le mentionner dans votre commentaire c’est vraiment dommage d’écrire ce que l’on veut et non la vérité.

Great walk. A big thank you to Jeff who was super friendly and attentive he advised us very well during our Reservation. Thanks to Baptiste the best skipper, we had the opportunity to take two walks with him and nothing to say about an atmosphere at the top he knew how to put everyone at ease with his good mood. Do it again next year 🤩

great day on all levels! magnificent swimming spots including some accessible only by boat. excellent restaurant at Antoine in Tizzano. and special mention to the skipper who is at the top! Thank you again Greg for these beautiful moments! To do without hesitation!
