This brand became one of the largest Houses by the visionary work of Jeanne Pommery, the widow of the founder. Wonderful tour with a great guide

jmm212, Dec 2024

We had a great time touring Reims and Epernay with Raphael. Great communication, he picked us up at train station with a comfortable van and we visited Reims Cathedral, then Pommery where he took us on a tour of the caves. At the cathedral he spent time discussing the history of the church and its significance in French history. He recommended some good spots for lunch, let us open a champagne bottle with a saber, and brought us to a small family owned champagne house where we got a full tour and some great tastings. All in all a great day in Champagne. The group was small and friendly (5 total plus Raphael) and he brought us back to train station for our train back to Paris. Can not recommend highly enough

10/10 Amazing Tour Experience!!

Sharon_N, Dec 2024

This day trip tour was so much fun and a great experience! Raphael was early for arrival and very easy to find (we didn’t stay in Reims so we met him at the Reims Station). Throughout the day, he shared his wealth of knowledge on champagne, how it’s made, a few different underground caves and vineyards where champagne is made, a beautiful view with a champagne pop, lunch stop, the Reims Cathedral, and more! The end of the tour was so personal, quaint, and fun with even more tastings. This trip is well well worth the price and 10/10 my friends and I would recommend- it was one of our favorite parts of our entire trip in the Paris area!
