Worthwhile excursion
suzi, Nov 2024
Great driver. Good audio on the bus and the stops were all interesting. Good value. for money. Good views from all of the seats. Better than the petit train.
Ok for the whole tour but no use as hop on hop off
1stdancer, Nov 2024
Have done quite a few hop on hop off tour bus trips in various places and this was not very well organised. Very small vehicle hence not many seats and a very inflexible timetable. It appears that if you got off at any of the stops there was a 90 minute wait until you could rejoin the bus on the loop journey. We stayed on for the whole trip and this took 1.5 hours which included main parts of Antibes/ Juan les Pins.
The bus arrived on time and after buying our tickets on board we took our seats. The driver gave no information about the tour or how to use the headphones, many of the plug points did not work and was very haphazard with the language type chosen, at one point we heard English and Dutch at the same time! At one stop she allowed too many people on and relied on 1 passenger having to get off and wait for the next one (1.5hours later)
Overall I would recommend for a nice scenic round trip but you really would need all day+ to be able to get off and rejoin at the different bus stops.
Waste of money, unless the voiceover works...
HarryFoto, Nov 2024
The route taken by the open bus was OK, our problem was the 'voiceover' of places of interest etc on the headphones. We tried several sets of headphones at different seats, but the problem was the same...whisper quiet volume, and only out of one earpiece (right) This really spoiled our otherwise lovely trip on a sunny and warm September day. It was impossible to make out out what was being said. We reported this to the driver at the end of our trip, but he seemed to be more interested in getting the next bus load of passengers on board.
Good way to see Antibes but needs a lot of improvement
Jacqueline_F, Nov 2024
Although it was a great way to see Antibes & the driver was very friendly, there weren’t enough buses and unless you waited at stop 1 for the next bus (which was 1.5 hours in between) you wouldn’t get on. Also, they need more stops, 4 stops is not enough. Lastly, the English channel kept getting overplayed by the German channel which was annoying & meant I missed out on hearing a lot of the tour. It’s an okay tour for the price, but definitely needs improvement.

Hello Jacqueline, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We only have one bus with 4 stops. Timetables are available on our website and are indicated at each stop. Each passenger is therefore aware that there are 90 minutes between each departure. Regarding the comments, only 1 track out of 24 mixes English and German and we are in the process of resolving the problem with the manufacturer. Thank you. Jeremie
Disappointing
Redwine2812, Nov 2024
Really disappointed in this bus tour. The bus itself was quite dirty and the headphones did not work. We tried several different seats and could not find one seat where they worked. They either didn't work at all, only one ear worked or there was more than one language playing on the individual stations at the same time. We raised this with the driver and he said he knew they didn't worked. The drive around the island was lovely but it spoilt it without the commentary/guide.

Hello, I am very surprised that you found the vehicle dirty because all our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned every morning. And I'm 100% sure the bus was clean by as the owner, I'm in the field every day. Regarding the comments, they also work well. I just spoke with the driver you had yesterday, and he explained to you how it worked and you even thanked him because it worked very well. Have a nice day, Jeremie
