Great private tour option

Josh_D, Jun 2024

We were nervous we would miss this activity due to flight being cancelled. However, I was in contact with Pablo, our guide, annd even though we were 2 hours late, he met us, and gave us a great walking tour of Paris. He shared history, kept it entertaining and was well worth the cost to have a private tour. And he escorted us inside the Louvre with skip the line tickets, where we explored for as long as we wanted.

Meh….

Chelsea_D, May 2024

I thought this was a guided tour and a skip the line… we were dropped off at the louvre and had to wait in line as well. Our tour guide was lovely and had a lot of experience and knowledge but other guided tours we have been on the guide takes you everywhere tells all the stories. Also one of our stops st. Chappel was sold out so we didn’t even get to go. We loved our tour guide. He was awesome but we felt like we should have gotten guided tours and we bought so far in advance we should have been able to get into st Chappell

Responses from Ramiro V

Dear customers, we are sorry that the tour was not to your liking but I would like to clarify some points. The guide you were given is the best guide we have in Paris, within our great team of guides. You should have read better before booking and know that in the Louvre the guide does not enter with you, he gives you your tickets with audioguides and sends you off. This is perfectly explained in the description. The short queue for the most visited museum in the world does not exceed, on busy days, more than 10 minutes. So we want to defend our tour and our great guide, thank you all the same.

Great experience!

Achraf was amazing, knowledgeable and very accommodating. There were 4 of us traveling together and we all really enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend this tour and note there is a lot of walking but several stops to rest as well.

Having a Cecile is worth it

Great way to start a trip in Paris!

We started our visit to Paris with an entertaining walk with Susan. She took us all over the city, offered fun facts and helped us understand the city layout. She offered to take our picture at many great photo spots. As we had already spent a week walking around Italy, we adapted part of our tour and Susan was very accommodating. Would love to explore Paris with her again!
