The partner company baited and switched us. We paid for semi private tour of no more than 12 people. They stuck us in a group of 24. We couldn’t even hear the person who was the tour guide. I contacted Viator customer support. They were so unkind and unwilling to back the word of their partner company. In essence, they told me to just stick it. They did not care that the company baited and switched us. They did not care about customer service. Viator is the worst company you would ever want to use! Do not use them ever! This was my first and last vacation I will ever book with them!
Tour agency could not locate our reservation booked through Viator

When we arrived to the tour agency, there was no record of our reservation that was booked through Viator. I called the Viator help desk and no one could address my problem. No one ever called back. The tour agency agreed to take us to the Eiffel Tower, but the enjoyment was not there after this trouble. The tour was as expected, very windy at the summit!
