    Let your guide show you a chic lunch spot in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, where Blair and Serene savor their meal. Look around Le Marais neighborhood and soak up the special vibe of the location. Picturesque café is situated on 1 Rue du Pont Louis-Philippe in an amazing cozy ambience in the heart of the city. The café serves some French specialties like steak-and-chips and frog legs.

    Find another beautiful Parisian café, frequented by Blair and Serena, just across a narrow Quai de l'Hôtel de ville. Both places together form the nice vibe that Paris is known for. Take a pleasant stroll along rue des Barres, a nice cobbled Parisian narrow lane that gives a feeling of an old city, leading you to the historic 1494 Saint-Gervais church. The lane alley also houses some nice shops and cafes.

    Cross the Seine River to admire the building of the Musee d’Orsay, a famous cultural spot in Paris. It houses a plethora of beautiful artwork and masterpieces by Van Gogh, Manet, and other outstanding artists. It boasts a collection of impressionists and postimpressionists, attracting millions of visitors every year. The museum is also famous for its clock on the top floor, reminding of the times when it was a railway station back in the day. Recall a scene in the show when Blair meets Prince Louis Grimaldi for the first time inside the Musee d’Orsay near the Manet painting. (on this tour we visit it from outside only)

    Go to see a luxurious Cristal Room restaurant in Baccarat hotel that was used as a backdrop for the scene of Blair and Louis going on their first date at Baccarat. Learn some facts about the filming process and take photos of yourself pretending to be inside the show. The restaurant is located in a nice building on a shaded street in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

    Make your way to one of the countless Parisian fountains in the 2nd arrondissement, Fontaine Louvois. The fountain is located in the Square Louvois, near the Bibliothèque nationale de France. It was completed in 1839 and was devoted to four rivers of France: the Seine, the Garonne, the Loire, and the Saone, represented by statues of women. In Episode 1, Season 4, of the show, Blair pushes Serena into the fountain while having a break from their dinner at Baccarat.

    An important transportation hub, Gare du Nord, also plays an important part in the show. It acts as the backdrop for two principal scenes in Gossip Girl in Paris. The scene when Eva and Chuck arrive in Paris and when Blair persuades Chuck to come back to New York. The train station was built in 1867, and now it is the largest station in Europe in terms of passenger flow.

The show features the store in a scene where Blair finds the engagement ring that was stolen from Chuck.

    Be mesmerized by a perfect place for a date walk, Pont des Arts across the Seine River. The bridge features the show when Louis and Blair cross it while walking on their date. The bridge’s history started in 1801, when it was constructed to be a pedestrian crossing over the river. It is also known as the love locks bridge, because couples used to put their love lock there. In 2015, it was reconstructed because the heavy weight of the locks damaged the bridge’s structure.
