Fraudulent company

This company is a total fraud and stole my money. The phone was disconnected, they never answered messages unless Viator reached out to them. They changed my ticket time and made up a story that it was due to the Olympics. They never texted or reached out to us to meet at Versailles. When asked they told us to stand in the wrong line and the ticket provided did not work. The company was not there to meet us and made up the meeting location. If I could give the company a 0 that would be the rating. Do not use this company. They will steal your money too.

Thank you for your message. all the world know here is Olympic game and we obeying of the government instruction if we receive the message about what happening to city we obey to inform all customer. is what we did inform you. and your refund it was been refunded already. we are the big company well know we can not still your 100dollars we understand your but we are not making the law of the country if we get instruction about what happen in the city and if is not safety for our customer we will cancel the tour to safe our customer.

Nice experience. Worth the money to skip the initial line. Went by metro, which was extremely convenient and simple - short walk from the metro to the palace.
