Things to know

Tracy_C, Dec 2024

Tickets were easy to book, a little confusing to retrieve but worked well. The only thing I would say is that you need to keep your tickets available after entering the palace if you book the gardens. You will have to show the tickets again to enter the gardens. Lastly if you want the audio tour…be sure to download BEFORE you get there. Mine would not download in a timely manner and I ended up not using it, which was a bummer. Still loved the tour and we did not wait long to get in.

Terrible experience

Francisco_N, Dec 2024

We had a 1:30 pm appointment and arrived on time. However, at 2:30 pm we were pushed out on the palace due to the Olympic athletes arriving. No apologies received, no refunds!

Dear guest we are glad you had an easy access to the palace with this ticket, we did not receive any prior communication from the Palace regarding this, we are sorry to hear this, it was beyond our control.

Great things to see

We got to the meeting...

Nancy_M, Dec 2024

We got to the meeting point and there was no one. There was no one to reach as local contact. I will not use this service in the future nor recommend anyone.

Dear Nancy we are sorry to hear this, your entrance tickets were shared with you on your email, you only had to use the same for access, there was no need to wait for anyone, as this was a ticket only purchase made by you.

Great experience- well worth it!

Monica_O, Dec 2024

We arrived at Versailles only to discover the ticket office was sold out Fortunately we used Viator and had tickets for the entire experience
