What a discovery!!!
Two passionate and exciting young women who make discover with simplicity the richness of Beaujolais wine, its aromas and here the amazing combination with chocolate! This gave us the desire to participate in the local workshop and more , to offer these workshops as a gift to our loved ones.

I had the chance to participate in a “wine and chocolates” workshop at the Château de Varennes in the north Beaujolais. Inès and Anais are two passionate and exciting people who pass on their knowledge to make us discover the Beaujolais vineyard in a friendly way, with great professionalism. A very nice moment of sharing and exchanges, and surprising wine and chocolate pairings! This is a great gift to give to yourself or to friends or family!

Great experience at the Bottle Estate. Anais and Inès were able to surprise us with the excellent products tasted. They accompanied us in the discovery with great pedagogy.
I sincerely recommend these workshops.
The little +: their recommendation of restaurants near the estate to prolong the adventure!
