Aviator provided a poor service

Our tour guide was excellent, but the service provided by Viator was poor. The starting time listed on the Aviator Website (and confirmed to me) and the time agreed by aviator with the local provider were different and because of this Aviator’s mistake we had to wait an hour to meet our guide.
