Do not rely on them for tickets

This offer is a bit of a scam. Tickets for the museum were sold out for most of the times that we wanted to go, so I went to this offer on trip advisor and they had all times available. It would cost a little more than if booked directly with the museum, but thought it would be worth it to get the time we wanted. Sounds Great, right? So I booked it and got an email that the order was pending. While waiting for it to finalize, the rest of the tickets from the office museum site sold out, so now I was waiting and hoping this would come through. On the morning of our expected visit, they emailed me that the tickets cannot be confirmed and cancelled my order.
In my opinion, I think they sell these tickets for twice the price and then go on the official site and try to buy them for the regular price and keep the difference. They hope that they will be able to get tickets for times that are sold out, but if they can't they will just cancel your order. in the mean time you are told you cannot cancel under any circumstances.
Just buy directly from the official museum site and save yourself the trouble.

Getting there early with our tickets in hand meant we could go immediately to the far room of Monet’s water lillies and enjoy them practically alone. Awesome!

Police shut down the entrance due to an incident. Hung around for an hour but to no avail. Was granted a full refund. Things happen. Glad I booked with a quality firm.

Viator and operator failed to properly handle this purchase by not notifying that the Musée l'Orangerie would be closed on the booking date, Thursday 7/25. Several communications were sent to both and I spoke with an agent at Viator the morning of the event who also didn't inform the event was cancelled. Unnecessary international calling expense and time. Disappointed in level of service by Viator.
