An excellent tour

John was a very approachable tour guide who expertly set the scene for our tour and clearly knows a lot about the D-Day landings. For people still deciding on the length of a tour, I strongly recommend this full-day tour. We spent just the right amount of time at each location and at lunch. While it is feasible to visit some of the main sights in half a day, this would feel rushed to me now that I have experienced the full day tour.

All and all. The trip was fine which is the reason I am giving the rating I am. However, there is room for improvement.
First, I think Viator needs to be able to show us the operator of the tour as there were so many tour groups at the location that my father and I didn’t know which vehicle to get into.
Second, our tour guide was very lovely and nice but she lacked the knowledge and resources of what I saw from other operators. For example, I think it would have been better with visual aids which some other operators had. Additionally, my tour group had lots if questions which she wasn’t able to answer.
