Stop atO'Vineyards
Unique full winery visit with Joe O'Connell, the actual winemaker. Learn about vine pruning & growth from someone who actually has done the work. Discover the wine making process and see the barrel room while tasting the wines. Enjoy a grill plate and a cheese or dessert. Be sure to be hungry as you will be served generous tasting portions.

Wine tasting in Carcassonne

A fantastic experience, very informal but informative wine tour with generous tasting. The food was excellent and delicious and the hosts were friendly and made us all very welcome. An excellent choice if you want a great evening with lovely people and non of the snobbishness of some other tours.

We had a lovely evening, including the tour, wines and dinner. It's a beautiful location and Liz and Joe were great hosts. However, I would recommend that you do not book through their website. We paid Euro125 pp for their wine and dine celebration, which was the same tour, same wine and same meal as others who paid Euro 85 by booking via trip adviser. The only difference was that we could stay an extra hour at the venue.

Wow! What a wonderful experience.
Joe and Liz are so knowledgeable about the wine they produce and the food and wine itself is truly delicious. Amazingly hospitable and we had such a great time. Portions/quantities are also fantastic!
Well worth the money.
We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again in the near future.

Lovely people and really interesting tour. We met the rest of the group there and they were some really great people, in fact we didn't stop laughing the whole time ( maybe the wine helped with that as well!!!)Thanks Joe and Liz for a fun night out!
