Good experience but too expensive

Good day but too expensive : packages are pricey, loungers for hire are more expensive than at the beach, lockers for your valuable are 3 Euros. Only come if you have got a solid bank account. I much preferred Waterworld in Puget/Argens that offers better value for money as well as friendly service.

Our sunbeds are at 35e for two people for the day. At the beach, it's 35€ per sunbed.
Our waterpark structures are new every year, it might be a mistake ?

I took my family of two kids (8 & 10) and my wife for the day…we were really impressed.
Plenty of activities unlimited SUP, Kayak, pedalo and the water assault course.
No problem to get in anything…we also had a speedboat tow us round the lake, which was great fun..
We brought our own lunch but there were plenty of facilities snack bars etc..
Every single staff member was amazingly friendly and helpful, in a totally genuine way.
Kids & adults enjoyed it!

Super nice activity to do with family and friends. Many people during the high season, a great success! We had a very pleasant time. The Award matches the offer, the staff is very friendly and the facilities offer lots of possibilities!
Very small downside to the organization of the checkouts on arrival I advise you to book upstream on the site even if we assure you on the phone that it will be possible directly on site, there is a bit of queue and we are a little lost.
Many children in camp or other very rude in the park, who push you, jump on you, pass you, prevent you from getting back up by pushing each other... so if you are quickly annoyed avoid this period.

I find the park expensive, a small table for 20 euros and on the hook side because the one in front of the lake was taken. I couldn't watch my children or supervise them knowing that other people were staying for free.
In addition, I had to watch twice a flirting sequence by the boss towards my husband and in front of me. I think there should be restraint and respect for customers because no one has ever done that to me before.

Concernant les tables pique nique, nous en proposons derrière le snack ainsi que sur la plage, tout dépend si vous préférez le sable ou l'ombre des arbres. En effet, nous ouvrons ces tables à la réservation et vous invitons à nous envoyer un SMS avant votre prochaine venue afin de vous assurer d'avoir la table que vous souhaitez
Pour ce qui est des personnes qui s'installent gratuitement, il s'agit de groupes qui privatisent des espaces définis à la journée, pas d'inquiétude de ce côté, notre staff tourne régulièrement afin de s'assurer que tout est conforme
Enfin, pour ce qui est de la "séquence de drague" il doit y avoir un malentendu Madame, le gérant de l'établissement, étant un homme.
Nous sommes navrés que vous gardiez un gout négatif de votre venue et serions heureux de savoir si vos enfants ont apprécié nos activités ?

Fou rire ! Un super moment qui nous a bien fait marrer.
Les équipes et les structures sont top ! Un bel environnement avec une vue sur le Rocher de roquebrune et le lac Arena.
