Good but a few points to note

We really enjoyed the trip but a couple of things to keep in mind - the tour is in French - there is a website translation of the key highlights you are shown, and the guide did add a few bits in English, but if you don't speak or understand French well you won't get the whole experience - it is difficult to read the website and look and take photos, plus not all the info is on the website, and because there are 12 fixed seats on the rigid inflatable, myself and my partner couldn't sit together which was a shame.

What I was looking for: To spend an afternoon learning about the history and nature of a beautiful and fascinating part of the world with the wind in my hair and sun on my back.
What I experienced: Allocated a seat on the centre left inside a slightly crowded tour (looked close to full capacity, which seems intentional to economise as I received a request to reschedule from my original booking date). This meant for the first 90 mins my view was sea, a window strut, 3 rocks and other passenger's heads. The right hand side had a great view to begin with and those allocated one of about 20 outside seats had the best views throughout. I was bored and felt claustrophobic. Advertised as an English speaking tour, any language speakers other than French were given a QR code to self-serve, (but essential info was communicated well by the host, e.g. return times). I have no doubts that sitting outside would have got me halfway to what I wanted though, as others sitting outside seemed to love it. Had I realised this would be my experience, I would have refused to board and looked for an alternative.
Given two stars, due to decent organisation, easy to find with free parking, good welcome and the potential if given preferred seating.

I'm confused by your review because your experience doesn't match what we want our customers to experience.
We don't assign seats, everyone is free to choose where he or she sits and, above all, everyone can get up and go wherever he or she pleases during the visit.
As for translation, we do offer a translation service accessible on cell phones or tablets with a QR code, but our sailor Joseph speaks English and is always available to communicate. Just ask him.
What a pity you didn't simply express your problem at the time, it would have been solved in an instant and you would have had a great time.
Thank you for mentioning our good organization, our warm welcome and the free parking. And may I add that we also offer the alternative you mentioned: a 12-seater RIB where all the seats are outside.

Nous n’attribuons pas de place, chacun est libre de choisir ou il s’assoit et surtout tout le monde peut se lever et aller ou bon lui semble pendant la visite.
Pour la traduction, nous proposons effectivement un service de traduction accessible sur mobile ou tablette avec un QR code mais notre marin Joseph parle anglais et il se montre toujours disponible pour communiquer. Il faut juste s’adresser à lui.
Quel dommage que vous n’ayez pas tout simplement exprimé votre problème sur le moment, il aurait été réglé en un instant et vous auriez passé un excellent moment.
