Disappointing. Money is short supply and we lost £220 on this trip because of a road accident

Booked uber from hotel mercury south if paris..7pm collection. 15 minute journey took 1 hour because of an accident
Arrived at boat late as it was leaving the dock. So upset it was a special gift for my wife and me as we have been going through a lot of stress lately..ruined our weekend in paris

If I could give this experience a “zero” I would: Viator advertises it as a “dinner” cruise for $158: they gave us an address but it’s a LONG pier with several boats:looked for over 25 min. in the pouring rain. Viator neglected to give us the name of the vessel and the company didn’t provide any exterior signage. We then found out the “dinner” was (2) glasses of champagne & a plate of cheese sticks to share! Total Rip-off..don’t go! Shame on Viator! Trying to get a refund..for deceptive advertisement. Unfortunately, we can’t get this “dinner cruise” pm back..so disappointed.

First of all, please note that we offer 4 experiences: An aperitif cruise (2 glasses of champagne and (your choice) an aperitif board), A Dinner Cruise (3-course menu), a Dinner cruise and night on the Seine in cabins or suites with jacuzzi and private sauna or a Night on board. Perhaps you booked an aperitif cruise thinking you would have our 3-course dinner. Then, regarding the location of the boat, we always send a GPS link to be able to locate us quickly. In addition, our website indicates the best outings, buses, vélib, maps to use to come on board. Rooftop was not what I expected. It was a strip size area with the roof open.Very disappointing.Did not have a great appetizer menu.Then to have a $50 per person minium was bad.

We are sorry to read a feedback like yours. Our chef takes the time to select fresh and varied products in order to have dishes that will awaken the taste buds, but all tastes are in nature :)
Concerning our rooftop I do not understand your feedback because it is large enough to host a wedding reception as we are used to doing regularly... We are sorry to know that the experience did not live up to your expectations and hope to welcome you back on board to perhaps enjoy our suites with private sauna and jacuzzi so that you can fully enjoy our experience.

Staff was delightful.
Our Meal order was incorrect
We would have enjoyed more time on the roof.
Some narration of passing sights would have been nice.

Sorry for the little hiccup encountered regarding the delivery of your various dishes, but as you say so well and we thank you for it, our team was able to respond to your problem, we are delighted! On the other hand, concerning the guide for our cruise itinerary, we specify on each of our platforms that we do not announce the latter, on the other hand what is recommended: bask in the Parisian sun with a cocktail and admire Paris and its charm! However, you have small itinerary cards with our plan so that you do not get lost :)
