Worst company ever. We had the All Day Rose tour booked and days before our planned holiday, Gentle Provence cancelled and all other tours are now fully booked.
Avoid at all costs. They don't answer the phone and text with excuses when they should have at least helped find a solution.

Nevertheless it seems you talk about another company because we have a 24h answer policy and insure our tours once booked.

We spent a day in Provence enjoying wine in three different wineries . There were having very good wine to propose in picturesque locations. Not dealing with booking driving and organizing alongside an enthousiaste professional local driver and wine expert is very relaxing.
I recommend this experience !
