    Stop atJean-Paul Hévin Chocolatier Pâtissier

Our second stop takes you to one of France’s most acclaimed French pastry chefs and chocolatiers, where you’ll get to taste the fabulous Macarons, a sweet meringue-based confection, which was introduced in France by the Italian chef of Queen Catherine de Medici during the Renaissance. You’ll also get to learn about the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” title, a unique and prestigious award granted to the best French craftsmen every four years.

Savor some of the finest French cheeses in one of the capital’s best Cheese shops! Our Paris walking food tour was incredible!!! Becky was our tour guide and she far exceeded our expectations!!! Not only was she extremely personable and kind, she was also easy to understand in English yet quite impressive in her French. She was extremely knowledgeable in all of the food and wine that we sampled as well as entertaining with the history and stories along the tour. We are very grateful that we had Becky as our tour guide:-)!

Walking food tour

Serena_T, Dec 2024

Carol was great! Lots of history of food and wine in Paris. Loved all the tastings. Left with better knowledge of cheese especially, and which bottles of wine to look for. Went back to several stops after the tour and made purchases:) Thank you!
