Store luggage with stasher

Storeing and picking up the luggage worked out perfect - i can really recommend stasher. We had a nice day in Paris without luggage.
Easy / convenient luggage storage

This is such a great service. We dropped our luggage off for the day at a hotel near where we had dinner reservations. We were then able to spend the day in Paris before heading to the airport, luggage-free. The folks at the hotel were so lovely! Highly recommend this service, esp if you have a morning checkout and an evening flight.
Great to stash bags for the day.

Was great to stash our bags for the day before we departed Paris, left us to explorer the city with less things to worry about!
A Poor experience

We turned up at the drop-off place at 3 du pas de la mule in Paris; but it was a residential apartment building (it had a big number 3 above the door, so we assumed we were at the correct location). We asked at the shop next door, showing the booking, but the lady said she didn’t know what we were looking for.
We went for a coffee for 15
mins then came back to the same shop. This time we spoke to a different lady who then made a phone call to confirm that yes, this was the place to leave the bag. So a bit of clarity on the booking confirmation would have helped (along the lines of - it’s not the building with the number 3 above it, it’s the place next door), as well as some staff training.
Anyway, we picked up the bags from the basement of the shop. However, when we got to our destination and opened one of the bags, we saw that there were 6 packets of cigarettes missing.
Now we cannot be 100% sure that this happened whilst in the Stasher partner location (it could have been the ground-staff at either Istanbul airport or Paris Orly, but in all of my 30 years of international travel, I have never had items stolen from a suitcase before by ground-staff), but of course we have our suspicions.
So we ended up buying 4 packs in a Tabac at €12.50 a pop to replace the stolen ones. All in all, it was not a satisfactory experience and we will not be using this service again in the future.
Easy way to stash your bags!

Very easy and efficient to use. The storage receipt and delivery experience was very straightforward and the staff at the shop were very friendly. Also felt secure. Was a much needed service when we had time to kill between checking out of the airbnb and going to the airport. Highly recommend.
