You will get paired off in case your group not an even number. Worked great for us, everyone was so friendly. The class was laid back, we truly had so much fun. I though we would each leave with one eclair, but you get three regular size ones. And Yes you get the recipe. It is in metric, but I easily converted it to US. They are delicious.

We had such a great time with our grandson making éclairs. He really enjoyed the hands-on experience and so did we! The facility was lovely, clean and well equipped, and the instruction was excellent. We made éclairs and other treats, which we enjoyed eating while they were still fresh! Highly recommend this experience for families with children, or others looking for a unique experience in Paris!

This class was such fun! Hands on, interactive learning and fun conversation with our teacher and other students. Definitely a must when in Paris!

The class was wonderful with real hands on learning. The instructor was well educated in the science and techniques of pastry making and our end products were delicious and looked professional. We highly recommend this class.
