Great Location and So Easy

The hotel was easily located about 5 mins walk from Gare Du Nord. Friendly staff on reception and they didn’t even ask for the confirmation. You simply took a photo of your bags and were then taken downstairs where they were left in a locked room. Show your photos on return and it’s that simple. It is a busy youth hostel type place so perhaps leave enough time as there can be a small queue.
Really easy and efficient so would definitely recommend.

Very easy to drop and collect and very handy for Gare du Nord. Payment was easy. Saved us carrying suitcases around Paris all day!

Very convenient location. Simple booking process and drop of/pick up was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

If you are unlucky with timings you can stand in a queue for ages as people check-in to the hostel. It would be so much easier if there was a way to avoid this queue

Easy process with storage at hostel just a block from gate du nord, perfect for Eurostar. Bags are stored in basement, so budget a few minutes, but done within 5min or so. Would use this location again.
